Enrolment Agreement

  1. By accepting these terms the participant agrees to pay the relevant fees (which include GST).
  2. The participant accepts that they are required to pay the full amount of the Course fees even if the course is not completed.
  3. If the participant is under 18, the parent/guardian is responsible for full payment.
  4. Participants are unable to graduate from their course until course fees have been paid in full.

Course Enrolment & Payments

  1. Bossy. Copy College provides instant access, with all materials being available in the portal once checkout is complete.
  2. Details about the course portal entry will be emailed to students upon checkout.
  3. Course fees are non-transferable to other students.
  4. For pay in full students, your nominated payment method will be charged in full at time of enrolment.
  5. For payment plan students, your nominated payment method will be charged the first instalment at time of enrolment, and monthly following that for 6 or 12 months depending on which payment plan you’ve chosen.
  6. The Honours Student Upgrade is charged additionally and separately.
  7. All course fees include GST.
  8. All course fees are charged in Australian dollars.

Course Materials, Access and Assessment

  1. Bossy. Copy College is an online course, with all lessons presented digitally.
  2. Students must not download and share any course materials with those not currently enrolled, or reproduce any of the course materials.
  3. The content of the course, including copyright and all other such intellectual property, remains the property of Bossy Creative Pty Ltd.
  4. You may not share any information, materials or knowledge presented by Bossy. for your own commercial gain.
  5. Course content and assessment is subject to change.
  6. All students receive 12 months access to course materials and the Facebook community.
  7. For those that have added the Honours Student enrolment, you will be eligible for two (2) critiques by Alyce or a Bossy. copywriter depending on our team availability.
  8. Critiques will be available following the completion of Term 3 (Brand Voice + Communications) and during Terms 4-6 (Copywriting).
  9. You will be required to email us with a minimum of two (2) week’s notice, with the work already completed and the items you’d like us to focus on.
  10. Critique time will be capped at 4-5 hours in total per student.

Course Withdrawal and Refunds

  • Bossy Creative Pty Ltd can only can only provide a refund if you have not yet logged into the portal — this is to protect us from having materials downloaded. If you are experiencing financial hardship, or another event that’s preventing you from completing the course, please reach out to hi@bossycreative.com and we’ll offer alternative payment options.

    1. We retain your personal details only so we can contact you, and will otherwise keep your information private and secure.
    2. By enrolling into Bossy. Copy College you agree to be added to the mailing list, where will regularly sent marketing materials. You are able to unsubscribe at any time.
