Emails can be fun. There, we said it.

I feel depressed just reading that sentence. As you know, I’m all about making emails more enjoyable to write — and read — and now I’m going to share my favourite tips to do just that. This also works from a branding or tone of voice point of view, because it means your everyday emails will feel more conversational, more lighthearted and more approachable … so it’s perfect if that’s how you want your brand to sound.
